I have been breeding since 1995. Parrots, exotic fish and now Dachshund puppies. I love fish and started with fan tail guppies. It was amazing to watch and protect life. In 2005 I was given a breeding pair of Lovebirds and then in 2008 I bought a Shaded Red Female Dachshund puppy. She opened my eyes to the need for emotional support animals and how a Dachshund heals you from traumas and pain you didn't even know you were suppressing. I breed for temperament and conformation. I socialize with lots of different animals when available, cats, other dogs, chickens and goats. Soon to be peacocks and ducks. Weather permitting they are socialized with children of all ages. I do not force wean my puppies.
